Custom build questions
All questionsHow fast do I get a quote?
Within one business day, usually sooner. The quote lists the exact hardware, location, monthly price, any setup fee and the estimated delivery time.
How long does a custom build take?
Typically 2 to 5 business days after you accept the quote, depending on parts availability. Every custom server goes through the same burn-in tests as our standard servers before handover.
Is there a minimum term or setup fee?
Standard servers never have one. A custom build may include a setup fee or a minimum term when it needs parts we would not otherwise stock; if so, it is written in the quote before you commit.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. From five servers, or for long-term commitments, we quote volume pricing. Tell us the quantity, locations and timeline in the form.
