The short version
- You rent whole physical servers by the month, and you are the administrator of everything you run on them, including backups and security.
- In-stock servers are delivered automatically once your crypto payment is confirmed. If we miss 24 hours, you can ask for a full refund.
- The exchange rate is locked for 30 minutes. Overpayments, incomplete payments and late payments are credited to your account balance.
- Renewal invoices arrive 7 days before the due date. Unpaid servers are suspended 3 days after the due date and erased after 10 days.
- You can cancel at any time; your server runs until the end of the paid month. Partial months are not refunded, unused balance is.
- Our liability is capped at what you paid for the affected service in the 3 months before the event, except where the law forbids it.

1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the contract between you and DediJet (“we”, “us”) for the dedicated servers and services we provide through dedijet.com. By creating an account, placing an order or using our services, you accept them.
Our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), our Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) and the orders and quotes you accept are part of this contract. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data. If you are a Consumer, you also keep every right that mandatory consumer law gives you.

3. Eligibility and your account
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher. If you order for a company or another organization, you confirm that you may bind it, and “you” means that organization. You may not use the Services in breach of sanctions or export-control laws, and we may refuse or end a Service where such laws require it.
3.2 Account information
An email address and a password are all you need to open an Account and order. We do not require your name, phone number or an identity document. We may ask for more information only when we investigate suspected fraud or abuse, and we may suspend the Services concerned if you do not provide it.
The information you give us must be accurate. Keep your email address working: we use it to send Server credentials, invoices, maintenance notices, abuse complaints and legal notices.
3.3 Responsibility, credentials and API tokens
Each Account belongs to one person or organization that is responsible for all activity under it, including by the team members it lets in. Keep your password, API tokens and Server credentials secret, and revoke any API token that is no longer needed or may have leaked. Actions taken with your credentials or tokens are treated as yours, unless they result from a failure of our systems.
Change the initial root or Administrator password of each new Server, or switch to SSH keys, as soon as it is delivered. If you suspect a compromise, revoke the affected credentials and tell us by Ticket immediately.
4. Orders and delivery
4.1 Orders
Your order is an offer to rent the Services described in it at the price shown at checkout. We accept it when we deliver the Server or confirm the order by email. Until then, we may refuse an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a legal restriction or an obvious pricing error, and we refund any payment in full.
4.2 Instant delivery
Once your payment reaches Payment Confirmation, our systems assign an in-stock Server in the location you chose, install your operating system and email you the access details; the Server is delivered when we send them. Delivery times shown on our website are typical, not commitments.
4.3 If we do not deliver within 24 hours
If we have not delivered an in-stock Server within 24 hours after Payment Confirmation, you may ask by Ticket for a full refund at any time until delivery. You may instead keep waiting, or accept an equivalent or better configuration at the same price if we offer one.
4.4 Sold-out configurations
Sold-out configurations cannot be ordered. A back-in-stock notification, or a configuration saved before online checkout opens, does not reserve a Server or a price: availability and prices are confirmed at checkout.
4.5 Custom builds and quotes
For configurations we do not list, we aim to send a quote within 1 Business Day, and custom builds are typically delivered within 2–5 Business Days after Payment Confirmation. These are estimates; section 4.3 does not apply to custom builds.
A quote is valid for 14 days. It may set specific conditions for the Server it covers, such as a setup fee or a minimum term, which prevail over these Terms for that Server. If we cannot deliver within the estimate in your quote, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
5.1 Prices and taxes
Prices are monthly and shown in US dollars; euro prices are indicative. The binding price is the one shown at checkout and on your invoice, issued in US dollars or euros. Listed Servers have no setup fee.
Prices exclude VAT. Where we must charge VAT or a similar tax, we add it to your invoice at the applicable rate. You are responsible for any other taxes that apply to you, including under a reverse-charge mechanism.
5.2 Cryptocurrency payments
We accept Bitcoin (on-chain and Lightning), Ethereum, USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20) and Litecoin. Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, to the address shown. Network fees are yours to pay: if your exchange or wallet deducts a withdrawal fee, make sure the full amount arrives. We cannot reverse a payment or recover funds sent to a wrong address, on an unsupported network or in an unsupported token.
5.3 Rate lock, underpayments and overpayments
The exchange rate shown at checkout is locked for 30 minutes. A payment detected on the network within that window is accepted at the locked rate, even if it confirms later; one that stays unconfirmed unusually long, for example because of a low fee, may be treated as received when it confirms.
- Overpayment: the excess is credited to your Account Balance.
- Underpayment: you can send the missing amount within the same 30 minutes. Otherwise, the invoice stays unpaid and the amount received is credited to your Account Balance.
- Payment after the window: it is credited to your Account Balance, which you can then use to pay the invoice.
5.4 Account Balance
You can top up your Account Balance in any accepted cryptocurrency. Amounts are recorded at their US dollar value when we receive them, and your balance pays your invoices, including renewals, automatically. It is a prepayment, not a deposit: it earns no interest, cannot be transferred and can only pay DediJet invoices. The part funded by your own payments is refundable (section 7.2); SLA service credits and promotional credits are not.
6. Renewals and late payment
6.1 Renewals and invoices
Servers renew automatically each month on the same day until you cancel them (or on the last day of a month that has no such day). We email each renewal invoice 7 days before its Due Date. If your Account Balance covers it, it is paid automatically; otherwise, pay it in cryptocurrency before the Due Date. Paying late does not move your Due Date.
6.2 Suspension and termination for non-payment
If a renewal invoice is still unpaid:
- 3 days after the Due Date, the Server and its add-ons are suspended: taken offline, with your data kept;
- 10 days after the Due Date, they are terminated and their disks are securely erased. This cannot be undone.
If you pay before termination, we lift the suspension once your payment reaches Payment Confirmation. We may send reminders, but paying on time remains your responsibility. When a Server is terminated for non-payment, its unpaid renewal invoice is canceled.
7. Cancellation and refunds
7.1 Cancellation
You can cancel a Service at any time from your dashboard. It stays active until the end of the Billing Period you have paid for and is then not renewed; a renewal invoice already issued is canceled, and any amount already paid for it is credited to your Account Balance. The Server’s disks are then securely erased before the machine returns to stock. To close your Account entirely, open a Ticket.
7.2 Refunds
- Undelivered orders: you receive a full refund in the cases set out in sections 4.1, 4.3 and 4.5.
- Partial months: fees for a Billing Period that has started are not refunded, except under sections 7.3, 12.4 and 19.
- Account Balance: the unused part funded by your own payments is refunded on request, minus the network fee.
Refunds are calculated at the US dollar value of the original payment and paid in the cryptocurrency you originally used, at the exchange rate on the day of the refund, to an address you give us. If that cryptocurrency is no longer supported, we agree another option with you.
7.3 Consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a Consumer and your law gives you a right to withdraw from contracts made online, that right applies. As Servers are delivered immediately, by ordering you ask us to start during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, by Ticket or through our contact form, you pay only for the days provided and we refund the rest, unless your law ends the right once the Service has been fully provided.
8. Your responsibilities
8.1 Administration and backups
Servers are unmanaged: you administer everything that runs on them, with full root or Administrator access. Our support covers hardware, network, provisioning, IPMI/KVM access, operating system installation, DDoS mitigation and billing; for your own software, we offer best-effort pointers only.
We do not back up your data unless you buy backup space, and even then you run the backups: you choose what to copy and how often, and you should test restores. RAID is not a backup.
8.2 Security, licenses and lawful use
You must secure your Servers, at least as required by the AUP, and hold valid licenses for all software you use. Licenses we supply, such as Windows Server, are also subject to their publisher’s terms. You must use the Services lawfully and in line with the AUP, and you are responsible for Customer Data and for all activity on your Servers and IP addresses.
8.3 Abuse complaints and your customers
When we forward an abuse complaint about one of your Servers, you must respond within 24 hours, by fixing the problem or explaining why the complaint is unfounded. You may provide services to your own users and customers, but you remain responsible to us for their activity, and your terms with them must prohibit at least what the AUP prohibits.
9. Our responsibilities
9.1 Hardware, network and support
We deliver each Server as ordered, keep its hardware and our network in working order, and replace failed components with equivalent or better ones. Traffic is unmetered at your Server’s port speed, within the AUP. Our engineers provide support in English, 24/7, by Ticket. Our availability, hardware replacement and response commitments are set out in the SLA.
9.2 DDoS mitigation
Always-on, network-level mitigation filters volumetric and protocol attacks (layers 3 and 4) upstream at no extra cost, but no mitigation can stop every attack. Application-layer attacks (layer 7) are your responsibility. We filter rather than block whenever possible, but we may temporarily null-route an attacked IP address to protect our network or other customers.
9.3 Access to your Server
We do not log in to your operating system or access your data, except at your request for a support task, when strictly necessary to stop an active threat to our network or to third parties, or when the law requires it. We then do only what is necessary and tell you, unless the law forbids it. Wherever possible, we act at the network level instead.
10. IP addresses and reverse DNS
10.1 IP addresses remain ours
IP addresses we assign remain the property of DediJet or of our upstream providers. You may use them only while the Service they belong to is active; they are not portable and return to us when it ends. Additional IPv4 addresses may require a justification under internet registry policies and may be reclaimed, after notice, if they are not used as justified. We give reasonable notice before changing your addresses, except in an emergency.
10.2 IP reputation and reverse DNS
You are responsible for the reputation of your IP addresses while you use them: if your activity gets one blocklisted, you must fix the cause and help with delisting. If an address was already listed when you received it, tell us by Ticket and we will help delist it or, where available, replace it.
Reverse DNS (PTR) records you set must point to hostnames you control, must not be misleading and, for mail servers, must follow the AUP. We may correct or remove records that break these rules.
11. Maintenance and changes
We announce scheduled maintenance at least 48 hours in advance on our status page. Emergency maintenance to fix a critical security issue or an outage may take place without notice; we post it there as soon as we can.
We may improve and update the Services, but we will not reduce a Server’s hardware or remove a core feature during a Billing Period you have paid for. A new price applies to an existing Service only from its first renewal at least 30 days after we email you about it; you can cancel before then.
12. Suspension and termination by us
12.1 Immediate action
We may suspend a Service immediately, without prior notice, where this is necessary to stop serious harm: a severe AUP violation (such as child sexual abuse material, phishing, malware, botnet control or an active attack), a threat to our network or other customers, an order from a competent authority, or strong evidence of fraud. We tell you why as soon as we can, unless the law forbids it. In the cases set out in the AUP, we may also terminate the Service immediately.
12.2 Notice and time to fix
For other breaches of these Terms or the AUP, we first tell you what is wrong and give you time to fix it: 24 hours for an abuse complaint, and otherwise the reasonable period stated in our notice. If the breach is not fixed in time or recurs, we may suspend and then terminate the Services concerned, following the escalation steps in the AUP.
12.3 Effects
During a suspension, the Server may be disconnected or powered off. Your data is kept until the Service ends and, where it is safe to do so, the IPMI/KVM console remains available. Fees remain due during a suspension caused by your breach, and fees paid for a Service terminated because of your breach are not refunded.
12.4 Discontinuing a Service
We may stop providing a Service, a Server model or a location by giving you at least 30 days’ notice by email. We then refund, or credit to your Account Balance as you prefer, any period you have paid for beyond the end date, and offer you an equivalent Server where possible.
13. Your data when a Service ends
When a Service ends for any reason, its disks are securely erased before the hardware is reused, and any backup space is deleted. Erased data cannot be recovered, by you or by us, so retrieve everything you need before the end of your paid period. If the law requires us to preserve data, we may keep the disks concerned out of service, unchanged, until we are allowed to erase them.
14. Privacy, personal data and confidentiality
We collect as little personal data as possible, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
For personal data you store or process on your Servers, you are the controller, or a processor for your own customers. Where hosting that data makes us your processor, we:
- process it only to provide the Services, on your instructions as expressed in these Terms and in your actions in your dashboard or API;
- keep it in the location you chose for the Server;
- bind our staff to confidentiality and apply the security measures described in our Privacy Policy;
- use only our infrastructure providers, such as the data centers of our locations, as sub-processors, and tell you before changing them;
- help you with security and data subject requests as far as we can without access to your data;
- notify you without undue delay of a personal data breach on our infrastructure;
- securely erase the data when the Service ends; and
- provide, on request, the information needed to show that we meet these obligations.
Each of us keeps the other’s non-public information received under this contract confidential, during and after it.
15. Intellectual property
You keep all rights in Customer Data and grant us only the rights we need to provide the Services. We keep all rights in our website, dashboard, API, documentation, software and brand, including the DediJet name, logo and mascot. You may use them only to manage your Services, and you may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them, except where the law allows it.
16. Warranties
We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, as described in these Terms and the SLA. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any other warranty, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and without any promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or able to stop every attack. Consumers keep the legal guarantees that the law of their country gives them.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- our total liability for all claims arising from an event, or a series of related events, is limited to the fees you paid for the affected Service in the 3 months before the event;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data;
- the service credits in the SLA are your sole remedy for network unavailability and late hardware replacement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence or, where the law so provides, for gross negligence or willful misconduct. For Consumers, these limits apply only as far as mandatory law allows.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify DediJet against third-party claims, and the resulting losses, fines and reasonable costs (including legal fees), arising from Customer Data, from a breach of these Terms or the AUP by you, your users or your customers, or from your breach of the law. We will notify you promptly, let you control the defense and cooperate at your expense. You may not settle a claim in a way that binds us without our written consent.
19. Force majeure
Neither of us is liable for a failure caused by an event beyond our reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”), such as a natural disaster, war, terrorism, epidemic, government action, or a large-scale failure of the power grid or of internet infrastructure outside our network. Payment for Services that remain available stays due. If a Force Majeure Event prevents the use of a Service for more than one month, either of us may terminate that Service, and we refund the fees paid for the period during which it could not be used.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, the AUP and the SLA. We email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect; other changes take effect when we publish them, and changes required by law take effect as the law requires. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel the Services concerned before it takes effect, and the previous version applies to you until the end of your paid Billing Period.
21. Notices
We send notices to the email address of your Account; they count as received when sent, unless delivery fails. Send notices to us by Ticket or through our contact form, and abuse reports through our abuse form or to abuse@dedijet.com. An email or a Ticket satisfies any requirement for a notice in writing.
22. Disputes
If you have a complaint, contact us first by Ticket or through our contact form. We will work with you in good faith to resolve it. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of your message, either of us may bring it before the competent courts.
If you are a Consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, including any right to bring proceedings before its courts or to use an out-of-court dispute resolution scheme. Either of us may ask a competent court for urgent interim measures at any time.
23. General provisions
23.1 Assignment
You may not transfer this contract without our written consent. We may transfer it to an entity that takes over the operation of the DediJet service, provided your rights are not reduced; we will tell you by email, and you may cancel if you object.
23.2 Entire agreement
These Terms, the AUP, the SLA and your accepted orders and quotes are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If they conflict, an accepted quote prevails for the Server it covers, the SLA on availability and service credits, the AUP on acceptable use, and these Terms on everything else.
23.3 Severability, waiver and survival
If a provision is found invalid, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right immediately does not waive it. Payment obligations and sections 13 to 18 and 22 survive the end of the contract.
23.4 Language
These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails, unless the law requires otherwise.
