Paying for a server with Bitcoin
Bitcoin is the most widely held cryptocurrency, and paying with it works like any other top-up: you choose an amount in dollars, we lock the BTC rate for 30 minutes, and you send the exact amount to the address on the payment page. One confirmation on the Bitcoin network is enough: the credit lands in your balance with its bonus, and the balance pays for your server.
We accept on-chain payments on the Bitcoin mainnet only. Lightning Network payments, wrapped bitcoin on other chains (WBTC, BTCB) and forks such as Bitcoin Cash cannot be credited. The network fee is set by your wallet: a fee in line with the current mempool confirms in the next block or two, while a very low fee can leave a payment waiting for hours.
Credited after 1 confirmation
Usually 10 to 20 minutes after you send, depending on block times and the fee you set.
Rate locked for 30 minutes
Send the exact amount within the window and you get its full dollar value, even if the block comes later.
Fees follow the mempool
Your wallet sets the fee. Its “normal” setting is usually enough; replace-by-fee rescues a stuck payment.
Any on-chain wallet
Hardware wallets, mobile wallets and exchange withdrawals all work, as long as the payment is on-chain.
Exchange withdrawals
Some exchanges batch withdrawals or deduct their fee from the amount. Check what arrives against the payment page.

How to pay for a server with Bitcoin
Your server is paid from your account balance. A BTC top-up funds it, with its bonus, and the server deploys as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Paying with Bitcoin: questions
All questionsCan I rent a dedicated server with Bitcoin?
Yes. Every DediJet server is paid from your account balance, and you top up that balance with on-chain Bitcoin, from $100 per top-up. Once the top-up is credited, an in-stock server deploys automatically, usually in under 10 minutes.
How many confirmations does a Bitcoin payment need?
One. Your balance is credited as soon as the transaction is included in a block, which usually takes 10 to 20 minutes with a normal fee.
Do you accept the Lightning Network?
Not at the moment. We accept on-chain bitcoin on the mainnet only. Lightning payments, wrapped bitcoin on other chains and forks such as Bitcoin Cash cannot be credited.
My Bitcoin payment is stuck with a low fee. What happens?
If you sent the exact amount within the 30-minute window, the locked rate still applies when it confirms, so you are credited the full dollar amount. Wallets that support replace-by-fee (RBF) or child-pays-for-parent (CPFP) can speed it up.
Can I pay from an exchange account?
Yes, as long as the withdrawal is on-chain, to the address shown. Exchanges sometimes batch withdrawals or deduct their fee from the amount you enter, so withdraw early in the 30-minute window and make sure the amount that arrives matches the payment page. Any shortfall is credited at its dollar value.
Is paying with Bitcoin anonymous?
No. Every Bitcoin transaction is public on the blockchain, and exchanges link withdrawals to your identity. We only ask for an email address, but if you want amounts and addresses hidden from public view, pay with Monero.
