About DediJet

A whole server
shouldn’t take days.

DediJet started in 2026 from a simple frustration: renting a dedicated server still meant tickets, queues and waiting. We built a ready pool of tested machines so an in-stock server is online minutes after you pay.

What we believe

Six promises we hold ourselves to

They shape every page of this site, every price and every reply from support.

  1. 01

    Show the real stock

If a server cannot be delivered now, we label it sold out and point to an alternative. No “contact us for availability”.

  2. 02

    One price, nothing hidden

The monthly price is the price: no setup fee on listed servers, the same price in every location, add-ons listed in plain sight.

  3. 03

    No lock-in

Monthly billing, cancel from your dashboard. If a better server comes along, moving costs you nothing but the migration.

  4. 04

Ask for as little data as possible

An email address is enough to order. Our website sets no cookies, runs no trackers and keeps no IP addresses in its logs.

  5. 05

    Engineers answer

Support is handled by people who can read a kernel log, 24/7, with a 30-minute target for critical issues.

  6. 06

    Filter, don’t blackhole

Under attack, our aim is to keep your server online by filtering the traffic, not to switch it off to protect the network.

How we work

Automation where it’s fast, people where it matters

Every server we sell is racked, cabled and burned in before it is offered: memory tests, CPU stress tests and disk health checks. Machines that pass wait in a ready pool in their location.

When you pay, automation assigns one, configures its network and writes your operating system, with no human in the loop. When you leave, its disks are securely erased before it goes back through the same checks.

People handle what automation should not: hardware swaps, network issues, abuse reports and your questions.

  • Carrier-neutral data centers with redundant power and cooling
  • Multi-homed network with always-on DDoS mitigation
  • Hardware failures replaced within 4 hours of diagnosis
  • 99.9% monthly network availability, backed by credits
  • Public status page and a public read-only API
  • Payments in Bitcoin, Lightning, Ethereum, USDT and Litecoin

Meet Dex

Our mascot is a server with jets

Dex is a 2U rack server with pilot goggles, a yellow scarf and two thrusters. It marshals servers to their gate on our homepage, carries GPUs and hard drives across this site, and keeps the tone human: hosting is serious work, but it does not have to be gray.

The airport theme is not decoration. Gates are locations, the departures board is live stock, and takeoff is the moment your server goes online.
