Renewals
A clear monthly rhythm
Servers renew on the same day every month. Here is exactly what happens around a due date.

If still unpaid, the server is suspended. Pay to resume it.

Account balance
Top up once in any accepted coin and let renewals pay themselves. Unused balance is refundable on request, minus the network fee.
Refunds
Full refund if an in-stock server is not delivered within 24 hours of confirmation. Partial months are not refunded. Refunds are sent in the coin you paid with, at the USD value of your payment.
Minimal data
An email address is all we ask to open an account. No name, phone number or ID document is required to order.

Crypto payment questions
All questionsWhich cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin (on-chain and Lightning), Ethereum, USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) and on Tron (TRC-20), and Litecoin. Prices are set in US dollars (or euros) and converted at checkout.
What happens if the price of the coin moves while I pay?
The exchange rate is locked for 30 minutes when your invoice is created. Pay within that window and the amount in crypto does not change, even if the confirmation arrives later.
What if I send too much or too little?
An overpayment is credited to your account balance. An underpayment can be completed within the rate window; otherwise the amount received is credited to your balance and you can pay the difference.
Can renewals be automatic?
Yes. Top up your account balance in any accepted coin and renewals are paid from it automatically. Without a balance, you pay each monthly invoice, issued 7 days before the due date.
Do you need my name or ID?
No. To order, an email address is all we need. We may ask for more information only when investigating fraud or abuse.
